Inner Life Formation
The foundation no one sees and everyone eventually feels. Presence, identity, discipline and character, because you cannot lead people where you have not been.
Formation School of Leadership
Developingtrustedleaders.
A one-year school of formation for believers ready to go deep before they go wide. Live every Monday night, open to the world.
Training produces skill. Formation produces trustworthiness, and trustworthiness is what the Church is desperate for.
Pastor Jeremy Gibson, FounderThe journey: three phases and graduation
Leadership in the Local Church
Can you be trusted with people? Faithfulness, stewardship and authority are proven in the house, in small things first, under real responsibility.
Doctrine, Discernment and Sending
Doctrinal depth and discernment for those who will carry greater influence. What has been formed is tested and made ready to be sent.
Lit at Pentecost.
“Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God.”

Questions
Before you begin
Something else? .
Who is Formation for?
Any believer ready to be formed: in ministry, pursuing leadership, or simply hungry to go deeper with God. You do not need a title. You need to be teachable, committed and willing to grow.
Do I need to attend One Way Church?
No. Formation is open worldwide. You must be faithfully planted in a local church wherever you live. Worship, serving and giving are kept on an honor system and recorded in your weekly check-in.
What if I miss a Formation Night?
Watch the replay on the campus before the next week. If you will miss several, reach out so we can talk about whether this is your season.
Can I start in the middle of a cohort?
Formation is cohort-based, and you journey with the people you start with. If you miss the enrollment window, apply for the next cohort.
Do I need Foundations of Faith first?
Not for Cohort 1. Starting with Cohort 2, Foundations of Faith is required before enrollment.
What happens when I graduate?
A certificate of completion and commissioning, and credit toward a degree at Vision International University. Graduation makes you eligible for greater responsibility. It does not entitle you to it.
Formation forms people we can trust
Be formed. Then be sent.
“The same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
